Junior (2011): Was named the CUNYAC Championship MVP and Runner of the Year following an impressive junior campaign...Won the 2011 CUNYAC Cross Country Championship (11/8/11) taking first place in a time of 27:47...Finished sixth at the CTC Cross Country Championships (10/15/11) in a time of 26:53.94...Ended up eighth at the Highlander Invitational (10/9/11) with a personal-best time of 26:04.39...Won the Knight Invitational (10/1/11) in a time of 28:25...Was named CUNYAC/US Army Runner of the Week on three occasions.

Sophomore (2010): Won five races and was Hunter's top finisher in each of the eight races he competed in...won the individual CUNYAC Championship for the second straight year...ran a personal best at the Highlander Invitational (10/10) with a time of 26:21...placed 54th at the NCAA Regional Championship with a time of 26:26 over 8k...named CUNYAC Runner of the Week on four occasions...earned CUNYAC Runner of the Year with his performance at the conference meet.

Freshman (2009): Competed in four races for the Hawks...finished first overall at the Purchase Invite, Hunter Invite and the CUNYAC Championships...went on to finish 92nd at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet (11/14) with a personal best time of 27:49...CUNYAC Runner of the Week, Runner of the Year and Rookie of the Year.

High School: Participated in cross country and track and field for all four years...named the captain and team MVP.
