2017-18: Competed in five meets for the Hawks...at the NYU DIII Invitational, earned an 11th place finish in the 5k with a personal best of 17:14.02...placed seventh in the 5k at the CUNYAC Championship.
Personal:Â Recorded the best GPA for a senior on the men's cross country year during his final year...a transfer from La Guardia Community College, he was on the Honor Roll for two years...son of Fanny and Javier Castro...majoring in biology.
